1. Generate new sales by utilizing UCE�s proven track record of more than ten years
2. Motivate, lead and manage human resources to efficiently deliver customer projects
3. Manage customer relations regularly
4. Manage employee relations regularly
5. Prepare cost analysis and develop resource plan for customer projects
6. Work with Country Manager to help control and optimize OPEX
7. Run the organization in absence of Country Manager
The candidate would be responsible for looking after some of the key aspects of the total operation in the organization projects/service delivery chain, personnel management, sales, marketing, customer relations, and vendor management
The candidate would be second in hierarchy of the organization next to Country Manager. Right candidate will be considered for the Country Managers position
Candidate must have verifiable sales and managerial experience
